Yoga & Nordic Walking


I can’t do Pilates…it’s too hard isn’t it? Not true! Pilates is all about working everything from the core (you know, the middle bit we all try to hide!). Claire runs two classes: One for beginners and another for those who want to take it to the next level. Pilates is designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture and tone your limbs whilst creating flexibility.


This has to be one of the easiest ways to get yourself going, keep fit and have fun! Paula’s Dance class is low impact, so no stress on knee joints, backs or anywhere else. There are easy to follow routines and everyone moves to the dance exercises at their own pace and at their own level.  You don’t need fancy dance kit either, just training shoes and something comfortable to move around in. 


Did you think that Yoga was all about sitting cross legged and chanting? Think again. Imagine standing at the bow of the Titanic with your arms outstretched, the wind in your hair and taking a deep breath whilst Leonardo de Caprio’s arms are around your waist. Well, we can’t promise he will be there but the feeling you will get from these yoga classes are almost the same!
